"We've been to the tap a few times (always really good atmosphere and staff are always friendly and welcoming). We ordered the new chilli banana food on Sunday. Too about 40 minutes to arrive however this is made clear on the menu and you know its made freshly made. Cannot recommend this enough! Food arrived in tiffin dishes which kept them hot and the food was delicious. Its certainly a brilliant addition to the chiverton tap!"

"Lovely selection of beers, and a nice space both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor space is a few tables for 2 out front, with a nice European feel. And you can hear the rail announcement so won't miss your train either"

"Excellent real ale bar. Dister pub the Mounting Stone in Bramhall. Regularly changing beers from other breweries. Close to the train station. Well worth the visit but check opening times. Well hidden door to the toilets. Meet here with my old codger friends every few weeks."
