“The best curry goat I've ever had, no surprise bones or gristle, I literally dream about it. It would be my last supper if on death row! Leroy is lovely, his homemade jerk sauce is gorgeous & spicy, and my colleagues have never said a bad word about the jerk chicken or stew beef.”

“Quite possibly the best fast food in Eccles. The only place I'll entertain getting a cheeky takeaway dinner on my dinner break. Food is top notch, decent lunch time meals and the chips in particular are the best I've had from a takeaway. I've read quite a snotty review from someone saying the chips are always soggy. He is clearly misinformed as I've never had this, and since I've been going occasionally for the past 4 years (it's my pay day treat!) I feel if the chips were 'always' soggy I'd have had them by now. Chicken is also very nice... and the donner meat, well thats as good as it can be I guess! Definitely worth a try!”

“I’m a truck driver and was parked in the area for the night. I placed an order for a set menu for 1 and oh my god, it was amazing. It came within 30 minutes and was nice and hot, and there was loads of it. I do a lot of work in the area and will definitely be using Zafrani again in the future. I can highly recommend. One of the only Indian takeaway places I know that offer quorn as an option for vegetarians as oppose to just vegetable options and the Quorn Bhuna was amazing! I went for my standard first order of a Lamb Tikka Madras, the lamb was tender, not at all chewy and the Madras had a lot of flavour. It was on the milder side of some Madras I've had but would order it again!”

I live in flats and had come downstairs to collect, he told me next time I don't need to come down and he would bring it to my door which I thought was lovely. “Without doubt the best Indian takeaway I've ever had. The paneer tikka and accompanying peppers and onions had a beautiful tandoor flavour. I'm also in love with the Old Delhi Style Butter chicken - the chicken is so tender and the sauce is absolutely addictive. Really soft and flavourful naan as well.”

“The chow mein is not as a big portion as most places, bit i would still choose this over anything place else, it's so fresh and tasty the best i've had by far. The s&p chicken balls with the seaweed is amazing too. I cant recommend this place enough”
