“Pleasant visit on Saturday afternoon, excellent customer service displayed by the guy who was cleaning the plates and washing up, he spotted my boy having a melt down and offered him a small toblerone to calm him down. Not only was this emotionally intelligent and empathetic this natural token of kindness demonstrated excellent customer experience. I will now visit Costa more when I have the chance over other coffee shops. This man is a credit to your organisation. He wa smashing the pots and tidying up with a smile however he did so much more for your brand today.”

“This is a fantastic Hotel, staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were big, comfortable beds and lovely en suites. It would have been nice to have had bottled water in the room along with the tea and coffee facilities. Everything you need for a nice over night stay”

“Stayed for two nights as part of the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner package. Staff were excellent. Signature room we stayed in was very comfortable and modern. Food at breakfast, dinner and the NYE dinner all really excellent indeed. Nice temperature in the swimming pool and even nicer in the outdoor hot tub! Can't really fault this place and so would highly recommend a stay here.”

“In the morning I was craving for Chana Poori and decided to try this new place called Sam's Jalebi. I have tried their Jalebi in the past which is so delicious. This time I ordered a portion of Chana Poori. The portion includes 3 poori, Chana curry with potatoes and a sweet halwa. Everything was very tasty. It wasn't heavy at all as the poori was very thin & fluffy. They also gave some picked onion and mint sauce. I also tried their Desi Tea/Chai which nice too. I tried Jalebi again which always very thin, crisp and delicious. This place has a seating capacity of approximately 30-40 people They make fresh Jalebi everytime they get order. “I’m visiting on a regular basis and just ordered from the peking duck restaurant. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. So much so that I’ve added them to my list of favourites when I’m in Salford”

“Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.”

“This review is based on the gym facilities and bar. Was a member here for a long time, gym is clean tidy and well equipped. Great facilities such as showers, pool. Sauna etc. Food is good value for the money, staff always helpful and friendly.”

“Our kitten Louie has stayed here twice now with a third time booked in. The owner Heidi is so lovely, kind and incredibly accommodating and takes such good care of all the animals! The pens are very spacious and have lots of toys to keep them entertained. We know he’s in safe hands and honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!”

“I have had numerous cakes and treats from this lady and will keep going back. Cakes are always spectacular with great detail and the treats, well....what can I say, just get better everytime. I'm waiting for the hit chocolate bombs to make an appearance this winter, they are to die for. I would recommend cupcake Baby all day long.”
