"Very nice and clean environment with lovely staff. I visited starbucks at the hotel and the service was great! One of the staff members Millie was extremely helpful and very friendly. She informatively suggested an item off the menu for me that I thoroughly enjoyed and was made with very fast service. The manager Amanda was also very friendly always making sure her staff and customers were happy. Amazing service from all staff and I will definitely be coming back!"

"The lady on reception both when we checked in and out was wonderful. Very professional and welcoming. Hotel room was a little chilly but not an issue. It was clean and well presented (club room). The bar area was a little noisy if you wanted a quiet meal but understand the atmosphere you're trying to create. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you"

"Needs a bit of TLC, bathroom had mold in previous guests used cotton swabs were on the bathroom floor when I checked in. 2 Christmas parties on during my stay and the noise carried very loudly to the rooms on the second floor. Restaurant menu is pretty small. Breakfast was very nice."

"Room was excellent, clean and well equipped. Breakfast very good, bar prices not too bad, bar service a bit slow at times but it was busy. There was a special offer on beer for the world cup. I went to the bar a minute after England's final whistle and the offer had ended! Hotel main entrance has door open for long periods so sitting in foyer not as comfortable as it should be. We also made the mistake of sitting near the door in the bar, it was left open while the bar staff cleaned up outside, it was -3 outside and not much higher inside after that!"

"This review is based on the gym facilities and bar. Was a member here for a long time, gym is clean tidy and well equipped. Great facilities such as showers, pool. Sauna etc. Food is good value for the money, staff always helpful and friendly."
