“Stayed here solo while on a two-day break, was fairly priced and also easy to get to and from the city centre on the tram. Also love the location right next to Heaton Park, started off one of my mornings with a walk around it. The room itself, like the hotel, wasn't exactly modern but it was still very comfortable and spacious so can't ask for much more! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked myself in for breakfast on my last morning, which was tasty. Really enjoyed my stay here, look forward to the next one!”

“Excellent quality food and excellent service. This was our third stay at Premier Inn hearld Green Manchester. The beefeater restaurant has an great choice of dishes on the menu,we had the meal deal which includes two courses plus a alcoholic drink plus unlimited breakfast. The quality of food is excellent and staff are excellent hard working and polite. Thank you to all the staff but a special mention to Nicole you have such a lovely friendly personality and always smiling and hard working. Look forward to seeing you again in March.”

“Ordered tonight. Quite honestly one of the best pizzas I have ever had from a takeaway. Very fresh tasting, proper pizza. Too many takeaways sell pizza on premade bases. This is proper pizza on a proper dough base. Used to work at dominos, this is is miles better and cost effective. New go to pizza place.”

“We had a very comfortable, well equipped room with ample Tea and coffee and biscuits available. Large TV with an excellent bathroom and walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and very helpful Andrea on reception was welcoming and efficient. The hotel is in a very peaceful, tranquil location it is a very old, listed building with character. Thank you to Scott the General Manager who gave us a tour of the night club which is undergoing a major refurb and uplift. A fantastic, atmospheric, period venue perfect for any occasion. We will definitely be returning when the hotel upgrades are completed in the summer.”

“I actually opted to have food here purely out of practical reasons but was pleasantly surprised by the setting, the staff and the quality of the food. Since I absolutely hate what Manchester Airport is becoming, I opted to pick my mum up from the Radisson Blu hotel instead of the actual terminal parking/pick-up. Top Tip... if you are picking someone up from Terminal 1 or 2, ask them to walk to the Radisson Blu via the covered walkway. The cost for parking is similar to the terminal parking and if you spend more than £20 at the Bar or Collage Restaurant you get up to 3 hours of parking free of charge. Since my pick-up time coincided with dinner time we decided we could as well have some food at the restaurant and we were very glad we did. We were in time for the early-bird menu and took advantage of this offer which actually was excellent. I really enjoyed the mussels in white wine starter and the salmon main was equally good (portion sizes were decent). Staff were very pleasant and the setting is actually very nice. Overall I found it to be excellent value for the location and comfort of this alternative pick-up spot.”

“Word of advice, form your own opinion. We would normally book to go in the exec lounge but it was fully booked. I had read reviews on San Carlos in terminal 2 and was seriously put off at first. However we decided to join the queue9 and give it a go. Yes we had to queue up, probably about 5 tables of people in front of us, but the que moved quickly. We was greeted by a lovely male member of staff who showed us to our table, and then soon greeted by our waiter, who was equally as lovely and pleasant. We ordered coffee, beer and a prosecco, and then ordered 1 eggs benadict and 1 scrambled egg on toast with a side of sausages. The food was served within about 10 minutes, it was well presented and hot. Absolutely nothing springs to mind that I could say was a let down. Yes it was busy, but its a popular restaurant, which looks appealing to sit, eat and drink in while waiting for your flight, so you've got to expect it to be busy. I'd be more worried about eating at San Carlos if it was empty! Thankfully I choose to ignore the negative comments and give it ago. Our bill came to £55 for the food as noted above, 1 coffee, 2 glasses of prosecco and 2 pints of corona.”

“Good value for money. We only had several pizzas that were very good. Ordering with mobile is absolutely comfortable as you can choose in your own speed. Pizzas were served in about 10-15 minutes and are good quality and tasty. Drinks are not expensive. Service was absolutely nice. Nothing to complain. We had a good time with our family at the nasty MAN Airport. I can recommend and will go there again next time.”
