"Food arrived cold. Called to ask them to send more and I would give back the cold food to the delivery driver. Only to be told that I’m a liar and there’s no way the food is cold. Said they would call me back in 5, no call back so my partner called and he was called a liar. We had to drive to the shop to give them the food to try get it replaced and all the men who work there came to the counter calling my partner a liar even when presented with the cold food! They replaced the pizza in the end. Rude and incompetent staff."

"Order misrepresented the food delivered, rang them and was given an attitude about it. Just read the negative reviews on Just Eat/Uber Eats, any customer with a issue with their service had reported they are rude back to you when you ring them. Which means they don't care about you and probably the food your paying them to make you."

"Absolutely gorgeous burgers and chips, great price. Only downside, despite requesting set delivery time it has been know to arrive an hour either aide of it. Is always hot and amazing though. EDIT: I've deducted starters because despite giving a time they just deliver whenever. Not helpful when settling a baby and you order dinner for later and they arrive in the middle every time regardless of how late you ordered for."
