“I have been learning to improve my front crawl with Emmie. She is a great teacher, very friendly, she listened to what I want to achieve and helped me a lot! She corrected where I was doing wrong which I never realised! We worked on my strokes, arms kicks body positions and tumble turns and a lot of other stuff. I definitely improved a lot.I am so glad I took these lessons it’s definitely worth it!”

“Really good but make sure you get there early. We paid online but they couldn't find any confirmation on their side. I was able to show my account with proof of payment and she took some details to investigate with IT their side. All handled very well. Regardless of that, be sure to get there early as there's a bit of a queue and you don't want to be starting late. You get 90 mins which includes se real wave sessions and use of the slides which are really good. Height for the slide is about 120cm minimum. We will definitely go back”

“Kids swimming lessons are here. The swim teachers are great with the kids, especially my reluctant and sometimes stubborn son! Have also made use of the 5 a side facilities which are also great. I believe the gym is good value for money too and classes always seem packed.”

“Lovely staff and a lovely pool. They have a few bits for sale and some vending machines. The parking is always good. The baby classes are great! An asset to Glossop.”

“Both my children have been at Swim Ltd for two years, I travel all the way from Bolton to attend lessons. I did lots of research on swimming lessons and the swim website came up, I read about the scheme and wow i was blown away! The scheme is unreal! I’ve never known a swim school spend so much time on breath control & technique. Small classes & one to one lessons are exceptional. My children have had all the teachers teach them over the years Mark, Chris, Holly & Thomas and trust me every single teachers attention to detail is heart warming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Chris and the team have been a huge help with getting our swimming pool up to peak working performance. After a series of issues previously (with another company) they've rectified and improved the functionality of the pool and spa and they've also future proofed pool which has been a massive sigh of relief and weight off our minds. We now have a crystal clear pool and jacuzzi and a new chemical dosing system. Chris has been professional, reliable and trustworthy and always been just a call away if we had any questions or worries. Top class, affordable service and wouldn't trust anybody else with our maintenance. Cant thank you enough.”

“My dog had an operation on his back left leg and then the same on his back right leg within a year of each other, the vet recommended we try dog swimming with him so we booked him in to come here. He absolutely loves it and we take him down every week for a session. The pool it’s self is big, I could easily swim in it myself and there’s shower facilities to clean your dog afterwards too. Chelsea swims with him every week and they love each other! Chelsea is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic and pushes dogs to help them with their recovery. She is a credit to k9 swim and has been a huge help to our dogs recovery and overall well-being. Thank you chelsea and K9 swim!”

“Always love it at Brinscall Swimming Pool been going for about 7 years made lots of friends, the Staff very friendly and always helpful in every way , pool nice and warm clean ,and nice to have a hot shower after .”

“Fantastic swim school. My eldest daughter has been swimming for almost 3 yrs now and from a little girl who was very scared of the water she now swims with Judy and is a strong confident swimmer. “Fantastic place to visit, well off the beaten path so if you can find it it’s breath taking, just don’t give up when you get to the forest you don’t have to much further to go. If you camp be respectful and don’t have fires, there’s clearly been a lot of wild camping in the forest and up at mermaids pool. Golden rule of wild camping is leave no trace and don’t have fires! Don’t stop wild camping for the rest of us!”

“I don't swim there myself.Small hydrotherapy pool , offers different groups swimming sessions.Nice and friendly staff .The jubilee centre and pool is closing and moving too a new site what used too be firewood school.On Crompton way Bolton.About march/April 2023.”

“We have used this pool every week for a few months now. As a foster carer of children who are autistic it is brilliant as it's just you in the pool. The children can express their feelings without disturbing others. The pool is lovely and warm and very welcoming. I would recommend this pool and its not over priced to hire.”

“Very good swimming pool. It's big (maybe 25 x 10 m), but the first half is shallow enough for children age 6 or above to stand safely on their own*. The water always seems to be a decent lukewarm temperature - warm enough that you don't wince when entering and cool enough that your muscles don't overheat once you start swimming more energetically. Staff are nice and the pool and surroundings have always been clean when I've visited. I've never seen it busy during public swimming times (at most 6 other people there), which is surprising considering how good it is. I expect that people don't know that the pool exists or how to reach it. It's in the Brookvale Leisure Centre and you can reach it using the buses which go through Brookvale to/from Runcorn Shopping City (from shopping city to the leisure centre is about 12 minutes by bus).”
