The menu changes weekly and offers various items such as soups, chowders, breads, salad dressings, and desserts. The student-run restaurant operates from January to April, serving lunch to about 150 people each day. The program also offers ServSafe food safety training and certification classes. Additionally, the Green Ladle students and community volunteers participate in events such as the annual Dempsey Challenge.
