Johnson Field Preserve at Mackerel Cove

To get there, follow Rt 24 south from Cook’s Corner in Brunswick for 14.2 miles until you reach the intersection with Abner Point Rd. Turn right onto Abner Point Rd and then left into the parking lot. The mission of Johnson Field Preserve is to preserve and protect Harpswell’s natural resources, cultural heritage, and access to the outdoors through conservation, stewardship, and education.
