"Ashante in the front officer was very helpful and accommodating. I was unable to lease due to units being 1.5 baths. If they only had 2 baths we would be living here because of her patients and professionalism. Such a jewel to have as an employee."
"Today is my moving day and when I walk in I see dead roaches on the kitchen and the bathroom. I'm completely disgusted. The rent is high already and cleanliness and presentation is a big deal for me and anyone who is a landlord should make that their top priority. I'm completely shocked that at the price they charge they can't afford to get these apartments cleaned before someone moves in. I was told the patio would get fixed as well. They charge for high end apartments but look old and worned down. I'm only moving here for my daughter's convenience. Please take my advice and invest money to remodel these apartments."
"Canterbury Square is a quant community that blends in with the homes in the neighborhood. The units are very spacious and have great lighting. The units have so much character and are set up to invite individual taste to decorate to your liking. I enjoy meeting the new families and how everyone speaks. This is an excellent environment to be in if you are preparing for a family or already have one. The staff is excellent and ready to be of service in all areas! Janelle the property manager goes above and beyond for the residents! This is a great property!!"
"I have been living at Canterbury Square Apartments for over 2 years now. The apartments are spacious and Trisha and Rorey at the front desk are wonderful people and take care of issues in a speedy and professional way. The location is awesome as there is a grocery store, drug store, public bus service, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. The landscaping, play areas, and pools are beautiful and kept up nicely. It is a safe place to live with a family and the residents here are very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone!"
"Canterbury Square Apartments are marvelous. I love living here, it's safe and clean. I would recommend these apartment to anyone looking for a place to live. The manager is great and the maintenance staff is very professional. They always keeps the place looking good. They just redid the pool area so its looking better then ever!"
