"I stayed at Rodeway Inn and was surprised to find one of my most comfortable rooms in a while. My room has just been remodeled and on the inside feels like a much more expensive brand. The outside of the building still has an old motor lodge feeling, but once you get inside your room you'll find a great place to rest. The rooms face an internal courtyard, so you don't hear as much of the traffic or hallway noise that most cheap rooms have through the night. The staff at the hotel have all been amazing as well. From the late night check in crew to Misty who helped me extend my stay (it was that restful) and even the other folks working, everyone was friendly and took pride in the property. The only downside to my stay is the breakfast is currently not being served due to construction, but the price is fair, I didn't feel like I missed anything and I just got more sleep anyway. Overall, this is the nicest Rodeway I've seen... It could probably pass for another brand in the Choice family with just some signage changes."

"I would have given this a one star but at least the bed was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The rest of the room wasn't bad I wasn't disgusted while spending my time in the room. The shower has a slow drain so had to take a shower in full tub of water. The walls are very thin so if you have a loud inconsiderate neighbor like I did it will sound like they are in the room with you. They need to take down those pictures that they have on the website it does not look nice like that anymore, it's pretty much ran down and ghetto and the pool is no longer there,it's been covered with concrete. If your just looking for a cheap place to stay for a quick night without all the bells and whistles then this is it"

"This roach infested hotel is not meant for human living. All the roaches were dancing on the air conditioner, And my stuff got wet from the water that came from idk where. There was a big roach outside that was trying to chase me. The roach punched a whole through the window, and tried to play subway surfers on my iPad."

"This place is what it is a place to lay your head while in the area. The highlights are a Sonic Drive-in next door and a Winn Dixie grocery store (within walking distance). Housekeeping is offered Monday through Saturday. Housekeeping will knock on the door by 9 am, unless You affix the "Do Not Disturb" doorhandle tag to the door (suggest taping it). On Friday & Saturday night(s) get parked in front or by as near to One's room @ least by 5pm, if One will be staying longer than a week for business travelers, because the location will fill up to almost "No Vacancy" limit(s) on the weekends, and it is on the busy roadway connecting New Orleans/ The French Quarter and The Louis Armstrong [New Orleans] Airport via Louisiana HWY 61. Restaurants are located along Veterans Blvd and across the overpass of I-10 (travel in the lefthand traffic lane while crossing the overpass *heavy accident area*)."
