"I MUST say how grateful I am for having to be helped my Ms Janasia at store #16478. Honestly the team there are wonderful. I have to spotlight Janasia bc she went above and beyond to assist. She said that it wouldn't be in until the 9th. But something didnt sit right with her and she investigated further. Then she saw the 16th and that had her even more confused. She asked me to have a seat because she needed to check something. Came back to the computer, went back to the nack and stated that it is in. She went above and beyond what most would hve done. I appreciate her knowledge of her job, her professional, her dedication to assist her customers and ability to see things through until solved. The job force is lacking people with accountability. Thank you Ms Janasia, what might have been everyday for you, is a heartfelt gratitude for your persistence to get the job done."

"I was the first patient to send patients from my doctors specialty clinic to this pharmacy because they were the only pharmacy to take my coupons on very expensive medications. This pharmacy became the pharmacy that the clinic refers all (a very high number) of its patients to. I spoke to the nurse at my clinic and they told me to call and refill 2 of the 5 prescriptions that i would be needing. I did this and the lady on the phone gave me a total and everything was great... until i received the medication and she had filled all 5 and charged my debit card for a different amount that i was quoted. They took an extra $150 off of my card and sent me unneeded medication. I tried to call and have them correct the issue, but they were unwilling to refund me. I explained that I felt this was unprofessional and fraudulent and the lady on the phone said it was a "misunderstanding" and they hadnt "made a mistake like this before." HOWEVER, THEY WERE UNWILLING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE AND KEPT MY MONEY. She told me I was stuck with all this medication that I specifically asked them not to refill per my physicians office. I will never use this pharmacy again. I have spent 5k there in the last 3 months."
