"You’re always on the phone for over 15 minutes of wait time before being answered if at all"
"Helpful and friendly. They need a second window for extenuating circumstances. I waited 25 minutes behind someone who called their doctors office twice on speaker phone thinking the pharmacy could act on a verbal explanation over a cell phone. I was next in line with four customers behind me. After 25 min of this nonsense, he left with no prescription when he should have been told to step aside or comeback later. Also the pickup window to too small and the counter too high for pharmacy staff to see long lines."
"I have been going to this location for years and they have always been wonderful up until recently. After today I am switching all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I have been horribly sick all week and I've been told every day since Monday "we'll have it tomorrow". Finally today when I call to ask if today is the day they tell me it's not happening ever. Not once did they reach out to me to let me know there were issues. It's the weekend now and I am helpless until Monday now. I'm very hurt and upset by this experience and how they talked to me as though it's my fault. Never giving them business again."
"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The assistant or the cashier lady was rude every time I had something filled. Tell me my rx is ready for pickup, and when I got there....I was there for 45 minutes. I left and will NEVER use this pharmacy again! The pharmacist was polite, but the assistant lady...is obviously a miserable person..."
"The cashier was rude, seemed irritate, but the pharmacist was attentive, And very professional.The cashier was a bit aggressive in speaking to me, I felt it was because of my appearance as I am not a feminine woman, especially the way she just SAT my prescription on the counter, if I could've done business without the older lady, I would feel better by now."
