"Wow! I went to the doctor, left his office, went for coffee, and decided to call Walgreens to see how long it would take to get my RX. It was already ready for pickup. They basically had it completed within 15 to 30 minutes! Staff was pleasant and helpful on the phone and in the drive through! Tequetta, (Sorry if it’s not spelled correctly!), in the photo lab was so kind and very helpful in placing a picture order!"
"I honestly don't think I've ever experienced the level of customer service and care at any other pharmacy I've used. I'm talking better than Rite Aid, Eckerds, CVS, and the nearby local shops. They helped with questions I've had. One time when we weren't sure if my insurance would cover it they offered to help me find coupons to use, and this latest time a prescription was out of stock they said they could order it and to call if I haven't had an update by a certain time. The staff has always been very friendly to me and other customers."
"Every month I have a problem with one of my prescriptions. Last month I recieved one prescription in 2 seperate bottles (2 different brands) and had to go back for another prescription because the pharmacist "filled the wrong person's prescription" and not mine. They were all sent in at the same time. This month, my doctor sent over my 3 prescriptions and they filled 2 and not the other one and I was told I had to call after the doctor sends them and specifically tell them to fill that medication, but not the other 2. Also, I told the tech I was there to pick up 3 and instead of saying they only had 2 ready, she rang me up and I had to ask her where the other one was. EVERY MONTH I have to go back multiple times to get all my medications because there is some reason they don't have them all ready."

"I've never written a public review for any chain-type stores. Everyone knows that it's pretty much a toss up (staff and management are different per location). However, I want to warn anyone from using this particular pharmacy for their medication. I've heard of horror stories at this branch, but continued using their services because of convenience to my home and work. I wish I would have listened to other consumers, and driven a bit further for better service. I will not make that same mistake again."
