"I don't what's going on with the portions of food but this small thing of ranch that's halfway full not gone cut it. Then have on the site to wanna charge $.50 for a extra one. I don't know if I'm gone keep ordering from here if the food taste and portions keep declining."

"This restaurant would've gotten 5 stars had it not been from the price. Meaning the prices will be different from what they have posted other than what they charged you. I got the Philly cheesteak, which showed the price of $12.99, but was charged $14.00 before tax. I don't have a problem with paying but at least charge of what you advertise. The food was really good. I just advise everyone to double-check with the cashiers before you cash out. They also need to make sure the cashier is not on their personal phone while dealing with customers very unprofessional. Would I go there again? I I may....."
"Stopped by Roul’s for lunch, and I am glad I decided to stop by. The food was really good. I had the steak salad and the crawfish egg rolls, and both were really good. The food was hot upon receipt from the employee, and it was warm once I arrived home. My rating is four stars because the crew was working and preparing orders, but did not prepare my order. The order receipt was lost, and they did not know to prepare it. The good news is the cashier noticed I was still waiting, and asked what I ordered. After realizing my ticket was lost, she immediately corrected the issue, and I had my food within 5-8 minutes. For that, I do appreciate the customer service. I would recommend for a meal. There is not a lot of seating available inside, so you may have to get your food to go."
"The absolute best burger spot in North BR. Everything was amazing, customer service was great. Food had a lot of flavor, juicy, and definitely was fulling. The workers give off a great vibe and was working together getting alone. Please do not expect to pay little or nothing for great food. Every dollar was definitely worth it. If you in the area stop by one of there two locations and try them out I promise you wont be disappointed ❤️"
