"Purchased my wife’s tires from Tire engineers. No issues there, great experience. My problem is when I just purchased my truck with 35” tires on it already so I was going to get them to rotate them. They charged me $150 to rotate them.. took well over an hour. I called the next day and asked over phone, how much to rotate 35” tires? They told me $65 over phone. So I go in and talk to the manager to find out why I was charged $150. He says “buy the tires from me and it’s free” The next service shop I called charged $40 and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Y’all lost my business on all my vehicles"
