The facilities are good, nice size changing rooms right next to the pool, and the pool is lovely and warm. Never had an issue parking, and the guy who helps out in the changing rooms is funny, friendly & helpful. Thank you Sycamores, I am looking forward to continuing lessons with you.”

“Given a 5 because I love it, the staff are really lovely and helpful. *BUT* Guys the drinks machine has been out of action for over a week. PLEASE can you fix it. Also would love a coffee machine or the cafe to be open all day. After my early morning workout I'd love to grab a drink/breakfast/roll something.”

During his time at the school his confidence improved, he can now swim Independently and he is a lot more capable in the water than he ever was before. “Been a wonderful experience for me. Life changing . The encouragement that I have had from staff has been invaluable. Poolside staff have constantly encouraged me and taken the time to speak to me about my progress. The training with aqua physio has really helped to get me on a road to better health and without it I would still be sitting at home. The front desk staff always encourage and ask me how im doing . They are lovely. I've gone from inactivity to being able to swim lengths. Personal best is 34 to date. Even though one leg doesn't work properly (bit like Nemo with a dodgy fin) You guys cannot know how much coming there has meant to me and how its helped me. Thank you all x”

“A sports centre with everything that you look for, with people who are very friendly and helpful if you are new to the place... really a place to have everything under one roof to keep yourself fit and healthy. I would only recommend to add live meditation sessions here, which is so important these days.”
