Maria Montessori Nursery School
● Closed“Excellent Montessori. I tried quite a few others but found this the best. Good sized facility and genuinely concerned teachers who invest a lot in each child. My child attended for 1 year before we had to leave for overseas, but I was happy throughout with the care and education. The children are taught in a stimulating yet relaxed environment. The teachers are calm and professional. My daughter enjoyed her time there and I highly recommend this institution.”

Bright Futures Nursery
● Closed“We were very happy with feedback given to us about Albert. Joanne was very clear and and obviously very knowledgeable about Albert and where he is on his learning goals and personal development. We are also very happy with the learning environment within the nursery. Albert loves going to nursery on nursery days and always goes in and comes out with a huge smile on his face. The way the nursery has dealt with the extra stress of COVID 19 is also a credit to you and the whole team. The new procedures and adaptations the nursery have introduced are all very clear and easy to follow and enforced. Thank you for keeping Albert safe and helping his development. Sarah and myself couldn’t be happier.”

Trinity Day Care Nursery
● Closed“My daughter started Trinity Day Care nursery in June 2022. I went to visit the nursery and spoke to the staff, who showed me around the nursery. The nursery is big space, divided into 2 separate rooms for the older kids and small babies. Nursery is decorated well , colourful and spacious for kids to play. There is a storage room to keep the prams. When my daughter started at the nursery, I found the staff were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. There is a settling period for your child which is also very useful. The nursery offers meals which are made freshly in the kitchen. Children are also provided with snacks in between meals. There is a book where the staff update what the child ate, how much, nappy changes, etc. All the information is helpful to monitor for parents. Overall, my daughter loves going to nursery, and I feel assured that my child is being looked after by experienced staff. Kanu”

Zoomadog
● Closed“My dog slipped his disc and was in a very bad state, the vets were quoting £2000 for an MRI scan to see if they could do a £6000 operation… I found zoomadog online and saw their back brace whilst we were giving him medication and waiting for his review from the vets, the back brace saved him, it worked wonders, he can now run about again after only 2 days of having it on, it supports his back and prevents him flexing the way that causes damage! Amazing! He can also sleep in it comfortably too! Definitely worth the money!”

Mutts N Moggies
● Closed“Milo absolutely loves going to daycare - so much so he picks a toy to take with him every day and he carries his bag into the car. The staff in daycare and in the kennels are so friendly and really do care for the dogs. It has enabled my puppy to become more sociable with other dogs too. The only issue is entering the car park - it’s been really dangerous entering and leaving so when doing so please be careful as there is a major blind spot and the location is on a road that is national speed limit. Thank you so much for being so lovely to the dogs but also to the owners!”

Acres 4 Dogs
● Closed“Our previous dog benefited greatly from attending Acres four or five days a week for for ten years. Although our circumstances have now changed and we don't need full time cover, our new pup is still enjoying Acres a day or two a week and loves it. She is ecstatic every time the Fun Bus arrives to collect her and returns home happy and calm. Thank you Acres!”

The Bark Club
● Open“I had an emergency as my booked daycare cancelled on us and I had to attend a funeral. The Bark Club stepped in and saved us at the shortest notice. They took excellent care of our baby and she returned home happy and exhausted so I know she had lots of fun. I’ll be taking her back soon to pop to Westfield for the day and do some Christmas shopping. Great service and excellent prices they had our aggy Cassie (this puppy is like a tornado) all day for £25 which includes a nice long walk. In conclusion we’re very happy customers. Thank you ladies :)”

Family Cafe
● Closed44B Newlands Park, London SE26 5NF, United Kingdom“I went and had breakfast. The food is typical of the breakfast you get in the British cafe, it's the people I adore because they don't keep you waiting. Breakfast is cooked from fresh and promptly served. I did not even know that just eat deals with cafes. Family Cafe brings you full English breakfast in your bed including espresso coffee, nice. Tip: ask the old man to make you a coffee. It's delightful with or without sugar.”

Lyric Hammersmith Theatre
● Closed“The Lyric Hammersmith is a great venue. The bar staff are friendly and the bar is well stocked. There is plenty seating and on good weather days, the roof terrace is lovely. The bar does serve hot drinks, but only until early evening so I couldn't get a coffee before I went to see the play last night. The auditorium is a Victorian one with stalls, dress circle and upper circle. The seats are quite close together so if you have very long legs, you'll need to pick your aisle seat carefully as they don't all have better legroom because of the pillars. The seats are not the most comfortable I've ever sat in at the theatre so if that's an issue for you, take a small cushion with you! Sight lines from the stalls and circle are great (I've never sat right at the top), and the seats are staggered so you shouldn't have a head directly in front of you. The range of productions on offer do vary a lot in quality and style. I e seen some brilliant things there and some that just didn't hit the spot. But to have a good repertory theatre in a residential neighbourhood is amazing in this day and age, and something to be nurtured and cherished.”

-
Gate Theatre
● Open“Saw Medea last night at The Gate Theatre and was captivated. The production (70 minutes) is almost completely two young brothers locked in their bedroom trying to amuse themselves while their parents sort out "marriage stuff". The boys were amazing and had real presence on the stage. They fought and played to fill the time while waiting for their parents. Keir Edkins O'Brien (who played the older brother) was irritated and fond of his brother at the same time and his face was so expressive. When he told Jasper (Bobby Smallbridge) that he would always be there to look after him, because he was Jasper's big brother and that is what big brothers did, forever, you really wanted to hug him. A pair of really impressive child actors.”
-
Greenwich Theatre

One Hundred Shoreditch
● Open“My bridal party and I stayed here for my wedding weekend in August 2022 and I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough! Jade and her front of house team made the whole experience easy and look seamless, yet as with a wedding we had made requests from dinner bookings to flower arrivals and the car to pick us up on the day. On top of this they delivered surprises throughout the day that were completely unexpected. We stayed in the suite as well as the double double, both of which were extremely quiet, especially considering the amazing location! The rooms were clean, spacious and modern, particularly the suite which had a huge rooftop terrace with views across London, perfect for photos! Could not recommend this hotel enough!”
