“I just want to say a massive thank you to Maria from the home department from me and both my children, you helped us massively tonight! I had an express order supposed to come between 1 and 2pm which showed as delivered and hadn’t actually came and I was worried about my children’s dinner being on the plate. Maria spoke to my family all day and helped my dad to the van with all the shopping she also gifted me flowers, sweets for my kids and upgraded some of my items as a kind gesture! “Went in there this morning with my Grandson who has additional needs, and we was greeted by Kerry, and she was amazing with Riley, she measured his feet, the trainers he wanted had laces which he can not do, so they offered to put elastic laces in which would be easier, the other young lady who was working in there as well,( I don't remember her name sorry) brought the shoes out put the new laces in for me, they was so helpful, and dealt with Riley really well, making the experience stress free. The shop was very clean, and I was told about the promotions they was doing. Would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for making this experience a happy one for me and Riley.”

“Shocked at how easy and quick my item shipped! Not to mention excellent communication from BoxFit UK! We ordered a large item but the only option (I didn’t know the exact weight) was next day delivery. They proactively emailed saying they were sorry that due to the size it wouldn’t be “next day” and apologized for the inconvenience (no inconvenience on my part! I had a feeling this might be the case) but it STILL arrived via DPD 2 days after order submission! I was shocked when DPD showed up with my dog food delivery AND our century wavemaster XXL at the same time! They were also better priced than some of their competitors in the UK. Very pleased with this company/product.”

“It’s a huge supermarket, very specious with multiple floors. Especially for Bangladeshi people there are everything. Groceries fresh vegetables fresh fishes fresh meat chicken and frozen section for Bangladeshi fish. They recently added Bangladeshi traditional gift items which is top quality like Aarong. We found all staff are very helpful and polite. The overall price is reasonable compared to similar giants. They usually add some free gift and pay for parking at the checkout. Well only issue is parking. There are parking in front of the supermarket on weekdays only. Brewers car park is bit far although there is another car parking behind the Aklu Plaza which call Liberty car park is best for shopping here. Thanks”
