By the time the right information was sent, it was "too late" to return the item. No response to emails. Terrible customer service. Waste of money and a very disappointed Veteran"

Not a word since then. No replies to my email, phone continuously engaged (all day!). I have tried to return the item (tracked - at my expense). Royal Mail unable yo deliver - nobody to receive it. What an absolute con by individuals trading as 'veterans' and they are still sending out promotional email advertising..."
