“Sara got the 7 guests at my daughter's 9th Birthday Party really engaged with the necklace making. She had them thinking about colour and design, and had a fantastic selection of beads and charms. Well worth the money, and left me free to sort the tea and take some photos! She had a lovely way with the girls too- they were happy to ask her questions, and actually listened to her too..... “I live in Canary Wharf and was happy to discover this branch. It's smaller than others around town but it feels like my very own Reiss store! It's clean and everything is displayed well. Most of all, the associates are very nice and helpful. Shout out to Sophie and the guy who should be the Reiss model! This outlet store has great deals and the value for money is amazing. The shop isn't the biggest but I think they own unit next door also so maybe in near future the store will be twice the size. The staff were super helpful but also non pushy which I normally hate. I highly recommend you checkout this store.”

“They are fashion and homeware retailer, rivalling TK Max. This brunch is located in The Mall shopping centre. They are plenty is restaurants near buy to a little treat afterwards. There is good foot traffic, to entice you. Inside the shop there is plenty of space not a lot of products to cover the area but at least there is room for when you have to browse in store. Decent selection of products in store, there is option to pay by card near the exit and they also have click and collect services”

“The Assistant Store manager is extremely friendly and approachable, I visited during sales and the service received on sizing was super helpful. The other staff on the floor seemed occupied. I always like to visit this store as its easy to get to, most tidy store (even with sales) and this store has a easy accessible large car park.”

“Very positive experience at Burberry T5... in particular, the quick flexibility of Melissa Wong and Tim. I’m traveling with wife and children and noticed - at the airport - that I had not brought a jacket... less than 2 hours before boarding to Sweden. Melissa quickly showed all options that were travel practical and when we found the perfect one - they did not have it in the right size. It took less than 15 minutes for the team to bring the right size from another terminal store. She and her colleague Tim treated the children with such great care and made what is usually a boring experience to children quite fun... Thank you Melissa!”

The store manager is extremely friendly, (despite what other reviews might say) and I'm continually impressed with both the clothing, and the management of the store. I'm kept up to date with new arrivals and when my size is re-stocked. The manager is a credit to not only Article, but other independent stores in Brixton. It's a great shame that negative reviews have been directed at the store manager, and comparisons made to a previous manager which is extremely disrespectful. Article is an amazing shop with a great selection of clothes and a personable store manager.”
