“I'm not the type of person to write reviews but after this particular experience I just had to. I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Patrick, after returning to the store to exchange a pair of jeans I realised that I had forgotten my receipt. luckily I was served by a lovely young lad called Patrick who reassured me that he could look up my purchase on the system. I then exchanged my jeans for a snazzy new pair and left the store a very happy customer. Again, I want to thank Patrick for his help and I wish him all the best.”

“I cannot disagree more with the last review. I shop regularly at Coco Ivy, both Rina and Dina are amazing. I always find some well priced little gem, that you can't find anywhere else. Sometimes things go wrong with an item, whenever you buy them. You can also rely on them to tell you if it looks right or wrong.”

“Staff helpful, respectful - one pair of Nike sneaks were discounted but same in another colour were full price, no problems. Also ended up buying things I didn't expect to, haha great sales AND I did need that stuff too anyway, for work, so all good all round. No pictures, you know what a large JD Sports looks like.”
