"I have no idea what this store does with online orders placed to collect - I have lost count of the times I have gone to collect items I have had notification of that have arrived for collection only to be told ‘they can’t find them’. Not only that, you wait an eternity and usually need to find a member of staff to see if anyone is actually getting parcels. This happens all the time, not a one off, it’s just ridiculous!"
