But even more so the management here do a particularly good job and you can see their enthusiasm and attention to detail filter down to store and staff. I even drive further to Chiswick store than my local majestic as such a better experience. Looking forward to their tastings again when they open again”

I gave Sam the brief of what kind of experience I was looking to drive with my mates and he delivered! I was hosting a blind tasting with an elimination format and I wanted 3 bottles of Riesling and 3 bottles of Pinot Noir. It was important for me to have each bottle come from different countries, with characteristics that may trip people up, and at a classic high, medium, low price point. Sam took me around his shop, he explained what made each bottle unique, and how it would compare to the others. I walked away feeling really confident I had a good selection and a couple of nights later, so did my friends - bravo Sam, bravo. Thank you for helping me host my first wine club.”
