Due to the number of people that use the store and the limited staff numbers, there's sometimes a queue, but this is the only negative comment I can make. The staff there are superb and could not do enough for you. I find all the staff there from Richard Ezan and Mavis the pharmacist to the front desk staff of Jesse, and particularly Farida and Patsy always very helpful, professional in their approach and more importantly friendly.
