“From the second you walk in until the second you leave you feel like you are home away from home. The staff who are mainly volunteers I might add are all lovely and friendly and the manageress (RACHAEL) is an absolute breath of fresh air, always has a smile on her face and always willing to try and make your stay as good an experience as she and her team possibly can. There isn't a massive selection of food , but what they do have is beautifully cooked and made and presented in a very clean and professional manner . All the food is freshly prepared and the coffee is awesome. The decor of the Cafe is very cosy and comfortable and also very bright and airey which allows you to just relax . The seating is of a very high standard and the Cafe is also situated next to a park so you can make a day or afternoon of it if you have children etc etc. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'm in there most days lol. “A great little gem in the heart of Leatherhead offering great coffee and a variety of different treats. The owner (Tom) is friendly and welcoming which always adds to the pleasent experience. Have used a number of times now and will be a regular stop for my coffee.”

“Can't rate this place highly enough and have recommended it to anyone I meet locally who wants to get into - or back into - exercising after having a baby. The classes are brilliant, full of friendly people and you can bring your baby to plenty of them too (lots to keep them entertained as well as super lovely instructors who are always willing to help while you work out). The coffee is brilliant and a great treat for afterwards, and the line up of food vans looks great too”

“3 of us turned up at 6.30 sat evening expecting not yet to be very busy and already nearly full. Good sign. Very much enjoyed our meals; all the usual fayre on offer and was all very good quality. The Complimentary glass of House Red was most welcome too! Staff very attentive and the wait for food a very reasonable 20 minutes. Could not eat all we had ordered and they happily put rest in take away containers for us to take home. All in all a very good experience”

“Just wanted to say 'thank you', especially to the male member of staff on checkout/stacking who helped me greatly and stopped me having a bit of a meltdown when my electric wheelchair decided to take some timeout at the checkout this afternoon, he was kind, considerate, polite and understanding and reassured me that my dilema was not a problem even though I could hear a few 'tuts' from customers behind me. I forgot to look at his name badge , but he knows who he is and you should too as there will be a little halo shining brightly above him, please pass on my HUGE thanks to him again and reassure him that the taxi got me home safely. “Young man called ayan was extremely helpful and respectful. He helped my aged mother pack her shopping and also carried it out to the car for her. Amazing customer service even though the shop was super busy. We were very well looked after. The whole team is very welcoming and friendly, even though sometimes their facial expressions show they are under pressure. Never the less they always do their best to help. Car park is always busy and it can take forever to find parking but once inside the staff always try their best to help. Very good experiance and i always prefer it iver other super markets.”

“This supermarket has a great range of goods, including some Habitat household items, Tu clothing and even children's toys At the back there is an in-store Argos, where you can order and collect items. The parking in the Swan Centre car park is so much better now that the spaces have been widened and the lift to from the store is very convenient. They have reinstated the use of a coin to unlock the shopping trollies, so don't forget your £1. Staff were helpful when searching for things and at the tills.”

“The best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to! I’ve been coming here for years with my family and we absolutely love it. The staff are beyond lovely; they are so friendly and accommodating, truly superb customer service. The food is outstanding; there is a massive variety to choose from, and the food is always fresh and tasty. I recommend the Beef with Black Bean and Garlic Sauce, or the Chicken with Mushrooms, and for dessert the Toffee Banana is excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough and hope to continue coming here for many years to come!”
