"Utterly useless service, more than an hour waiting only to find the driver has misread the address, and doesn't have a phone with GPS as he's driven over 20 miles in the opposite direction. had to cancel as i left the address and had no way of refunding the order."

"This place is the pits. Papa John's is usually a good purchase, but this franchise store is beyond a joke. The store manager is rude and via their complaints service you get nowhere. Even if you are starving - do not waste your time or your money by contributing to this utter stitch up. Waited for 1hour 30 for a cold pizza that looked like it had been made by a kid at nursery. The ingredients on the pizza do not match the quantity selected if making/creating your own. Instead the store makes it their own irrespective of the order. Currently trying to get my money back and will leave another review to let customers know how I got on."
