Dr Rizvi was the first dentist ever to have a polite and informed discussion with me in which he laid out a programme commitment under which we could improve my dental health for the long term. 3 years (and no abrasive or invasive work!) later, I have great teeth, no gum disease and zero sensitivity, and I honestly never ever mind going to the dentist. Affordable, too, which makes it even easier to maintain regular visits!”

“I have always attended Greenside surgery in the past and have been apprehensive about Leonard Rd surgery. However, I was surprised at the improvements made and the new building. My stitches were removed quickly and painlessly by the nurse Helen. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Compared to Greenside which is quite small, Leonard Rd seems big enough to meet the community's needs. The only downside is that the waiting room is quite small”

They all look back with great affection at their time at the school and gratitude for the fantastic education, spiritual development and opportunities they had to develop their enjoyment and talents in music, drama, verse-speaking, sport. They had a lot of fun at Oakwood whilst always being encouraged to give of their best in their work and in their relationships with others. They felt genuinely cared for and valued by all the staff and supported if they struggled with school work or friendship issues or any other worries they had. Mr Candia, the Head, was especially an inspiration to them. As a parent I feel blessed that my children were able to spend those formative years at such a fantastic primary school.”
