I am continually doing the exercise that he taught me, my injured part has gone better and improved. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! “I contacted The Therapy Clinic (TTC) about 7AM. Received a response and managed to get a booking the same-day! I lived approximately 25 miles away and the gentleman was willing to travel to me. I had tension in the neck area, lower back pain, knee pain and plantar fasciitis. The chap clearly had his work cut out but did a thorough job. Kept constant communication with me to ensure I was comfortable and explained the benefits of the stretches, the cracking and heat scraper. Had a deep tissue massage with organic coconut oil (he warned me I’d fall asleep and I did)! Left feeling totally relaxed. Worth every penny and can’t wait for the next session.”

“Mr Mata is one hell of a practioner. Excellent bedside manner - very modest and doesnt show any arrogance as it sometimes happens somewhere else. Explains everything patiently and very thorough. Most importantly he clarified incorrect diagnosis made by a private practioner which would put me thruough many unnecessary treatments and possibly a surgery. Instead I received sets of simple stretch exercise which removed, after 3 months of disciplined execution, the pain completely. Thank you Mr. Mata. You are a star in my humble opinion.
