“I have been with this dr for over 50 year like all dr surgery they have there problems, but overall they are polite, caring do you have to wait to get an appointment but you do get one if they can't see you there they will try and get you into a hub. I think that receptionist I lovely like all doctor surgeries. I have to put up with a lot. I find your polite, there are polite to you”

“A lot of people complaining about these & I have got to say, it’s totally uncalled for. They’re very professional for the little set up they’ve got. Calling the staff rude, etc isn’t needed. I get a hint of what people mean but I think they’re efficient & not there to be our friends. They are there to run a business. If you don’t like someone or their attitude you are within your rights not to return. I found them all perfectly lovely, swift & helpful. People have ways of doing things & everyone has different personality types, if someone is not for you, it doesn’t detract from what service your receiving. I got what I needed, swiftly, politely & in a lovely setting. Don’t let negative reviews put you off! They’ve got a ‘Good’ CQC banding which is probably the most important thing to consider when looking at medical settings. Overall I am very happy & had a lovely professional experience. Thank you & I will be recommending them & will definitely be back.”

“Today I had a smear test with nurse Elaine she was AMAZING soooo nice and caring, she made me feel so much at home so friendly and nice. She even checked my breast after I told her I found lumps and gave me the all clear. She also reminded me about my letter for mammogram coming in the post and reassured me that I had no lumps. She patiently showed me how to check my breasts too she was wonderful thanks Nurse Elaine from Mrs Roomes ❤️❤️”
