"Very annoying, I called many times to have my son checked by the doctor and all the time the receptionist told me that they didn't have anything available. But I went directly to them for the doctor to confirm what the child has and the receptionist called her and they laughed at me on the phone."

"A review was taken off (probably because of the high level of clarity I delivered). I left this surgery a good couple of years ago now and I will happily reiterate that both 'Senior' and 'the other' Dr. Kurma are/were a pair that seem extremely reluctant to do a job (in regards to being a GP) without moaning about there trials and tribulations of being a doctor. I can only hope that this surgery has expanded beyond being a dentist and I'd imagine the receptionist named Carla also has moved on as she was also sick of her job . I just thought I would let people know again as they have taken the courtesy of removing my review quicker than the 10 minute slot you get with the fantastic Dr. K"

"My daughter recently had to apply for a C5 provisional driving licence in order to begin a paramedic degree apprenticeship course. Our GP had to fill in a form and carry out a 5-10 min examination which was then forwarded to DVLA. The form was completed incorrectly resulting in a delay of 4 weeks and to add insult to injury we were charged £240. This charge is to a school leaver applying for an NHS post so I believe it’s an absolute disgrace. As an ex emergency services employee I volunteered to drive ambulances at the height of the pandemic - paramedics were dropping like flies - I was paid less for completing 12 hour shifts! To say I’m fuming is an understatement and I would very much like an explanation as to why there is any charge at all."
