My experience from the very first appointment reassured me I had made the right decision. Staff were exceptional and Mr Khan examined my eyes thoroughly and set out a treatment plan - something I had never been offered despite the years and tears! of suffering. “I have always attended Greenside surgery in the past and have been apprehensive about Leonard Rd surgery. However, I was surprised at the improvements made and the new building. My stitches were removed quickly and painlessly by the nurse Helen. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Compared to Greenside which is quite small, Leonard Rd seems big enough to meet the community's needs. The only downside is that the waiting room is quite small”

“Had a few issues with some dental work, but when the owner of this place helped me with my dental issues I got a whole new look on NHS dentistry in general. He was so so lovely and kind, kept asking.how I was doing during the procedure. He saw i was very distressed about my dental issues and when I mentioned that I was struggling financially, he didn't ask for payment. I was so surprised and so so grateful i burst into tears. Honestly I am forever grateful for his generous gift and good work on my tooth. This dental practice is a good one. *Pretty smile now*”

From before leaving the U.K. to delivery to home in Jamaica I cannot fault them The team both in the U.K. and Jamaica were very helpful and professional, ensuring that the experience with regards clearing my goods at the wharf wasn’t an unpleasant one. Would most definitely use them again. October 2021. Have used Kingsley again to ship items for me. Junior as usual, packed everything so well and apart from the long waiting times at the wharf (not their fault), again have no complaints. Will definitely use them again. June 2022. Again first class service from Kingsley. Junior as ever always helpful and collected my barrels which arrived in Jamaica without issues. Maybe I've been fortunate but I've never had my goods or my barrels tampered with or items taken. The seals on my barrels are always cut in front of me at the wharf and the one door to door delivery I did, again nothing missing. I will continue to use them.”
