“Milo absolutely loves going to daycare - so much so he picks a toy to take with him every day and he carries his bag into the car. The staff in daycare and in the kennels are so friendly and really do care for the dogs. It has enabled my puppy to become more sociable with other dogs too. The only issue is entering the car park - it’s been really dangerous entering and leaving so when doing so please be careful as there is a major blind spot and the location is on a road that is national speed limit. Thank you so much for being so lovely to the dogs but also to the owners!”

“First of all I am absolutely stunned to read the negative feedback below! I couldn't have had a better or more enjoyable service than I received. I booked my 2020 M2 competition in for a minor service, from first contact with John i knew i was going ahead with him (even though id been quoted cheaper elsewhere) he booked me in within a week which was a big convenience. John discovered an issue with my car that should have been addressed before i even collected it brand new never mind when it went in for its 1200 mile RIS service... Some apprentice had left it in transport mode so John had no access to the iDrive to update... Sorted within 5 minutes of him informing me of his troubles. Collected the car this evening and had a good chat with John and Debbie, two great people and I will not hesitate to head back for any future needs! “I had a wonderful relaxing 1 night stay here. I had booked in advance. My flight arrived early so I went to the hotel to drop my bag and find something to do until 3pm check-in time. The reception staff kindly offered me a twin bed room as it was ready immediately. I was so grateful to be able to check in to my room early. I had a nice buffet breakfast and an a la carte dinner before resting for the long flight home. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and quiet and the bed comfortable.”

“I visited today to have the mirena coil fitted. I was met at reception and asked to provide a urine sample and then to take a seat in the waiting room. I was waiting only about 5 minutes before being called through by a nurse called Marie. I was really anxious about the procedure and had been working myself up the whole morning and evening before. Marie was an absolute professional and was so reassuring. She really managed to put me at ease and the procedure itself from start to finish was only a few minutes. The start was very similar to having a smear test and the placement of the coil itself was only mildly uncomfortable (like quite a strong period cramp) and only lasted a few seconds. I took paracetamol and ibuprofen beforehand which I think helped. I have never given birth so was expecting it to be incredibly painful but the whole experience couldn't have been more different from how I'd imagined it would be. My only criticism is that the waiting time to get the appointment was around 2 months (apparently due to covid). I suppose that sort of thing is out of the individual clinics control though so I am still giving a 5 star review. All of the staff I came into contact with today were so kind and treated me with absolute dignity. Thank you for making an anxious time as bearable as possible and in particular a huge thank you to Marie, you were great!”
