Domino's Pizza - Langley

"Complaint to head office about Shaina, no use . They are saying we asked for a refund from driver. No we didn’t , in fact driver was so understanding & told us Dominoz manager, supervisor don’t care about customers. We sent the new pizza back as shaina to insult us said to the driver bring the cold pizza back. The driver didn’t give us hot pizza as he was instructed by shaina to bring old cold pizza back. Head office should be ashamed as We didn’t use any foul language to the driver , in fact we were speaking in Hindi as we shared same home language."

"Spoke to RUDE LADY Shaina on the phone due to pizza keep coming cold many times in past but this time I decide to call them and here is this lady straight away said it’s not been 1 hour and we will not refund as you have made complaint in 2021 which was 2 years ago, she offered replacement pizza so rudely which we have to waste another 30 to 40 minutes and watch cold pizza as they wanted that back but no apologies at all for anything, it’s like they doing us any favour and we are worthless, good luck to domino’s caz amount of complaints review they have without improvements and they have lost a loyal customer for good."

"Quite frankly frustrated with the service. Multiple times had different problems with them. They never mind the customers. Ordered classic crust pizza and got think crust, noticed it after coming home. No meaning in speaking to them as they never resolve the issue. Complained customer care for their rude behaviour sand they never bothered about it. Ordered collection at car and they never turned eventhough I am waiting for 15 mins. Absolutely rubbish and I strongly recommend to avoid Langley Dominos. DO NOT USE LANGLEY DOMINOS! Never minding management"

"Ordered a midweek deal and ended up just getting a pizza .....for £25 ! ....argued with the driver who just said there was nothing he could do and to call them. Didn't seem bothered. Will never use Dominies ever again, going to Pizza hut instead."
