“I’ve given A1 Taxis a 5 star review after they went above and beyond to help me in my hour of need. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. The office staff couldn’t have been more helpful, I mean they REALLY did things to help that they didn’t have to, and the driver was incredible - got me where I needed to be quickly and smoothly and was super friendly. Having left my bag on the tube, complete with laptop etc, I knew the train terminated at Watford, but I couldn’t get hold of the station. I called the A1 Watford station office, and before I’d even finished explaining the situation, they’d walked to the tube station to help find my bag. Incredibly, they found it! A1 offered to send me my bag in one of their cars, but the station staff needed to see my ID, so A1 sent a car to me at Amersham which arrived as my train got in, quickly drove me to Watford just as the station was shutting, reunited me with my bag, then A1 drove me home. These guys have restored my faith in humanity. Great people, great taxi firm.”

“I was really impressed with the garage and staff at this garage. Booked my Fiesta in for an MOT last month and was a quick turn around. My MOT failed at the 1st attempt (as it was an old 2nd hand car I recently bought) but the staff explained in detail what parts were faulty and physically showed me in person and with videos the extent of the faults. I was given clear quotes regarding the safety critcal parts that needed replacing and many options to choose in regards to fixing any advisories (if I chose to) that could be a problem in the near future. Even with the MOT failure the car was fixed and ready to collect the day after I dropped it of and the price was very good so I was really happy. The staff and the manager were really friendly and professional and I will definitely return here for any future mechanical issues. I have recommended this garage to 3 of my friends who all had a good experience aswell. I highly recommend this garage.”
