“Excellent Click & Collect service during Covid-19 lockdown. Very quick and efficient. Having a catalogue aids ordering so you know exactly what to order with the product code from it. Found it difficult to order by scrolling through dozens of pages (screens) to find what I wanted then remembered I had a real catalogue. Once I had a list of products it was easy to order in line. No sooner had I ordered, a minute or so later I got the text to say I could collect it. Very keen prices and a wide choice too .”

“I’ve been trying to be more environmentally conscious these days so I was SO chuffed when I found out there was a zero waste shop in Watford! I love going in to refill my snack jars, and I might grab a cheeky flapjack whilst I’m there. The staff are super friendly and are so knowledgable. They’ve recently started selling coffee which is so convenient (just make sure you remember to bring a refillable coffee cup). Thank you Refillabell team!”

“My Pomeranian has been groomed in Teddy Bear since they are newly opened. Tracy does the groom very professional! My fur baby is now 16 and has many health problems all in a sudden that I cannot deal with his groom by myself. However Tracy never turn me down and help as much as she could. She loves dogs whole heartedly and I would recommend Teddy Bear for everyone especially who has Pomeranian.”

They were also very knowledgeable and able to provide some great recommendations for tailoring, accessories, and ideas. “Fantastic budget-friendly store with a multitude of items & aisles, including general provisions, home foods, snacks, sweets, a chilled/refridgeration section, toileteries, homeware, bedding, stationery, garden items, bric-a-brac, toys, seasonal items - and so, so much more! Whatever you need, B&M will most likely have it and you will barely notice the cost - such is the affordability. I particularly like the wide aisles, which allow for relaxed browsing and space to shop without bumping into other customers. Also the staff are very on-the-ball when the queues for the tills get a little long, and are quick to open up more tills to speed up service. Highly recommended!”

“Went to Dreams to buy a new mattress after visiting other retailers who did not give me much help when it came to choosing one.I bought my bed from Dreams so don't know why I didn't go there straight away (the bed is great, an ottoman with lots of storage).At the shop I was greeted by Fran he was very helpful and conducted a sleep study using a bed in-store designed to check body weight and sleeping position to decide on firmness of mattress that would be most comfortable, after this I was able to try different beds recommended. The manager in-store at Watford a gentleman call Mustafa was helpful and offered lots of advice regarding the purchase of a mattress and different mattresses available and what to expect from them all.I also purchased a mattress protector and couple of memory foam pillows (although after using them for just over a week find them too hard for me and unfortunately I don't have packaging so can't return them).Delivery was quick and the guys that bought the new mattress were extremely polite and very helpful.I am still breaking in this mattress and have only slept on it for a couple of nights but if it's uncomfortable there is a guarantee of 40 days so it may be returned and another mattress purchased but I am hoping this will not be necessary. Excellent service from Mustafa and Fran at Dreams Watford Branch. Well the 40 day sleepwear policy is a complete ripoff I had to change the bed and the company offers NO REFUND so you have to get a new bed choose one a cheaper price and lose money lots of clauses really BAD .Don't understand why policies are different online and in-store it's the same company. Great staff in-store but extremely poor customer service dept DREAMS EXPLAIN YOUR GUARANTEE FOR SWAPPING IN 40 DAYS TO ALL CUSTOMERS IN DEPTH BEFORE THEY COMMIT TO PURCHASE.”
