“Twickenham Veterinary Surgery offer a really personal service. I like it because it is not a chain of surgeries. Mostly the vets have been there a long time and you get to know them, so they know you and your pets. When one of my cats was run over and killed, one of the vets rang me to say how sorry she was. I was really touched. I feel I can trust their recommendations and they will make sure treatment is really necessary and not offered to make money. It's not my nearest vets, but well worth going out of your way to join them.”

“My dog has been using this vet for years. They are simply amazing. Dr. Enric is top of his field with a whole Master Degree and he is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is kind to you and deeply cares about his patients. I have seen him during the years staying late way over the 6pm closure to look after pets. My dog had to be hospitalised and you know the worry we get, so Enric called me few times in the day to give me updates.. here not only you can rest assured they will be in the best hands possible but they will treat your pet as it is their own. During the night I spoke with Dani from Richmond hospital and she not only reassured me on everything but she was super empathetic, caring and she updated me on everything, making me feel so much better! Thank you Dani. I was also told that Enric went to the hospital there just to check how my little one was doing…that is such a lovely thing to do!They are not the cheapest but you always get what you pay for and using this vet you will know you are giving your pet a 5 star care. Thank you DR Enric, the doctors in the veterinary hospital in Richmond and all the staff. Continue to do the outstanding job you do everyday! We need more people like you all in this world!”

He's needed 2 complex operations over that time which both went very well and we really appreciate the very high standards they have in the surgery, the excellent communication and aftercare. “I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. “Vesuvio's did not disappoint us for our Valentines meal. Great portion sizes and excellent friendly service with a smile. I had the bruschetta to start which was so good, the balance of the garlic and dressing with the sharpness of the tomatoes was perfect. For mains I wanted the seafood risotto which wasn't on the special valentines menu but they were so accommodating and said they would give me it anyway and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked and perfectly emulsified making it decadent and creamy also very generous with the seafood. For dessert I had Tiramisu, again proper nice and creamy. Lovely soft biscuits soaked in coffee that tasted so clean, cold and fresh. We will be coming back 100% Keep it up Vesuvio's you're doing such a good job at creating an amazing, relaxing atmosphere.”

“A gorgeous, warm, vibrant, romantic, welcoming, charming restaurant. I visited on Saturday 29th October 2022 for lunch, for two. The menu appeals from top to bottom, the service is friendly, attentive and what really appealed was the recommendation for a wine so perfect for lunch, there was no way I'd have chosen so well. Overall, this is a fabulous place for lunch and I reckon even better for dinner......which I'm looking forward to finding out :)”
