“Honestly one of the best pizzas iv had! We were blessed for ‘Hungry Mate Pizzeria’ to visit our school, in the snow and make us fantastic pizzas!!! I ordered for a bbq based pizza and it couldn’t matter what sort of base I had, as the bread alone was soooooo nice! Everyone out there I’m telling you , make an order… the pizza is shweettttt!!!”

“I have been a customer of Roxby for a few years now and I’m so happy with the service. All of the staff are so kind and make you feel welcome. My hairdresser Amy has been fabulous always friendly and hair is always exactly how I’ve wanted it. Colouring brilliant also. My mum also has used Roxby’s for years and she’s always very happy with the service.”

“Quite surprised with how good the pizza was. Go for the thin base, it's worth the extra £1.75!!! The dough is so light you won't feel as if you have just eaten a whole pizza. Super fresh and tasty ingredients and helpful staff too.”

“Been here a couple of times now, once for drinks and once for a Sunday roast. Both times were excellent. Super friendly and fast service. Dog friendly. Tvs in certain areas of the bar. There's a pub section and a restaurant section (no dogs in restaurant section). Free dog treats. The Sunday roasts were particularly incredible. I had the Fat Duke (mix of pork, chicken and beef) and it was honestly fantastic. 10/10 recommend”

“That matey Steve Kerr is a bit of a legend, we all came in, made us all feel like home, great hospitality and choice of music. His skill when he touched my skin, is like buttering a fragile bread. Smooth. Amazing tattoo i may add too. Lewis took care of us as we came in to get great tattoo that Steve did for us and make us feel like home too. That Louis guy, know his way around grill as well and provide a great banter. All around, amazing day for me and me mates getting a tattoo for our friend who we lost recently and made our day best as possible. 11 out of 10 day.”

Improved layout and seating from the recent refurb and it's always clean and comfortable to spend time in. Once I found this place it became the only place I use and have been a regular for several years.”

The owners are both approachable, friendly and always happy to go above and beyond to help. Food is always cooked from fresh so if you are in a rush it’s worth calling through before hand. I’d recommend the chicken and halloumi wrap as they are awesome and simply the best in the area.
