"My daughter got her ears pierced at the start of the summer holidays. Super friendly front desk who were very welcoming. They went through all the different costs and earring we could get. When it was our appointment we were lead through and I loved the vibe and how clean everything was. John was really lovely and very patience with my daughter. A few other members of the team popped their heads in to help her to find the courage to get the second lobe done. Really impressed with the whole experience."
