“I went in to Iceland today, my ms was giving me trouble so was draining to shop and get buses. Some angel of a lady who works there I think her name is Laura but not 100 percent noticed I wasn't right plus noticed I was upset and this beautiful human being offered to pay for a cab for me , what a kind caring and compassionate lady we had a moment and I will never forget her heart. I declined the cab but the amazing man who stands by the door pushed my trolly to the bus stop. I jst want to say thankyou I Will remember your empathy and kindness and just want to let you know your both amazing ❤️”

“The shop never disappoints..especially when you cannot be bothered to go "no further"! Was great alternative during lockdown 1.0 and now they have a halal butchers inside. Very good cuts of seasoned and unseasonal meats. Lots of fruit and veg, inside and outside the shop. You can top on energy and cards. So hopefully you won't be disappointed.”

“Not too bad store if you miss some food from motherland. There are popular Russian/Lithuanian/Latvian food. It's quite expensive - but nice to grab some stuff once a month. Staff are nice as well.”

“AMAZING SHOP - literally a middle eastern treasure culinary trove. Packed to the rafters with an almost inconceivable array of goodies: Lebanese sweets to Labneh to fresh veggies, bakery, cheeses, Deli/meat counter... The pickles and herbs and spices and nuts will blow your mind!”

“This five star rating is solely for the two staff members that made a bad experience good this morning, let me explain, there where about 6 or 7 at the till waiting to be served when a shopping divider got stuck in the conveyor belt at which point the staff member called for assistance which didn't arrive for at least 5 or so minutes later. In the meantime the two staff members entertained and swiftly served a number of customers and managed to fix the belt. The two staff members are my hero's for the day and I will be looking out for them every time I shop at your store. Amazing customer service. Well done.”
