“Cat runs a really lovely nail salon. Everyone who works there is friendly and they always do a good job. They have put in place good safety measures following lock down and reopening. I feel very safe there. I highly recommend them.”
Golders Hill Park
“A beautiful Park with plenty of space for children to run around . There is a cafeteria that does beverages and lovely meals and an ice cream section that serves delicious ice creams in summer. Also in the park is a beautiful pagoda garden where you can sit quietly and read and enjoy the atmosphere. Also in the park is a mini zoo with an array of different animals from Deer to Scottish wild cats in enclosures. There is also a beautiful pond with a number of ducks that reside in the park. There is also a lovely playground with swings, a slide etc for children to play in as well as sand pits. If you are feeling energetic there are also a couple of tennis courts in which you can play . As the park is so vast there are a number of areas where you can enjoy picnics in the summer”
Hyde Park
“Excellent park! Huge, with lots of things to see and do. Lots of space available, in spite of its popularity and how busy it was, even on a weekday morning. Cycle paths (with bicycle hire available), picnic on the grass areas is possible, larger lake with many ducks, geese and swans. Horse riding tracks, and even a trough. Lots of little memorials and gardens dotted about. Cafes, with toilets, to rest and replenish at. I still have several more attractions and areas to explore there. A great place to relax and spend a few hours, or even pass the day. Whether it's by yourself, with a pet, a loved one, the family or friends. We were fortunate to have a great weather that morning. Ps. You might be lucky to catch the army training their soldiers to ride there some time like we did.”
The Resident Victoria
“Very nice Hotel right next to Buckingham Palace, Victoria Station in walking distance (5 minutes). Rooms are a little small but cozy and equipped with everything you’ll need. Also nice and quite, so good sleep quality. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. A lot of good food spots nearby (Bleecker Burger is a must!). Would stay again here!”
Alexandra Park Dental Practice
“Friendly atmosphere, friendly staff and dentist is excellent and makes you feel at ease. The practice is spotless, modern and very well equipped. I was seen today by another fantastic dentist and nurse yet again. Receptionists were great also. Would definitely recommend.”
King Edward VII Park
“Beautiful & historical Park. Loved this place. Enjoyed nice evening walk.”
Pymmes Park
“A beautiful park to spend your leisure time. Also sports, jogging, free hand exercises can do everything here. During the summer the park becomes a place of recreation. There has been a large pond in the middle of the park. I can say for sure that you must like the park.”
The People's Park Tavern
“Great pub garden for a sunny day. Lively vibe, just so nice to be here. Lots of craft beer on tap and cans are available. Buffalo wings were so juicy. Burger was a bit undercooked but still tasty. Goes well with a pint of beer. They have many table at back so no need to book in advance, even on bank holiday. Love this place!”

Comfort Inn Victoria London
“We had a double room and the beds were in 2 rooms. Considering our previous London hotel was more like a small room on a ship this was super spacious. So nice that it had a kettle to make hot water. Do suggest a shelf in the shower though. Great convenient location too. Breakfast was good nothing to gush about. It was nice to have something in stomach before venturing out. Will definitely consider staying here again.”

Dr. Nickil Dhokia
“What a wonderful experience! I have mega dental phobia. But Dr Dhokia made me feel so at ease. I have never in my life felt so comfortable. His assistant was just as patient with. I think he has helped me in the process, over coming my 50 yr phobia. I could not be more grateful!”
Africa Marathons
“A great group marathon trip arranged by African Marathons to run Comrades in Durban. It was well organised from booking through to the event itself. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and I had a great time. Comrades is a tough event and it was good to have the Africa Marathons team on my side, sorting out the logistics so I could "enjoy" the challenge and the sense of achievement it gave me.”
Lash Envy
“I have been going to Lash Envy for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! After moving to the area I tried a lot of lash artists and not one of them were anywhere near as good as Beth. She always takes her time and my lashes always look amazing. I always get complements on my lashes and I have recommended numerous people to her. Also THE most comfortable lash bed I have ever laid on.”
Idol Hair
“I work in the local area and had heard a lot about this salon. They certainly did not disappoint. A great haircut from the newest member of the team, Francesco, I can highly recommend his talents. The friendly team and atmosphere within the salon makes it very welcoming and puts you at ease, I'll be back soon.”
Kensington Gardens
“The Italian Garden in Kensington Park is absolutely beautiful and kind of next to Hyde Park. A must-visit to take in the sun and weather on a good day. Plenty of benches to do some people-watching. Although a bit pricey, there are few better things than soft-serve ice cream with a chocolate flake while taking in the scenery!”
Rumbling Tum Cafe
“Great quality food and a decent portion sizes. Very clean. All round good cafe”
Palmers Restaurant
“For a Sunday roast this place is great! The pork roast is excellent and highly recommend it. The atmosphere is very chill and quiet. The staff is very attentive as well. The price is a little bit higher than a normal roast but it's worth it in my opinion.”
