Everyone is welcoming and helpful and there is no shame in asking questions or struggling with the steps. We had an issue with a payment error and they immediately took action to resolve it. Eric help so much by translating and accommodating my family with any issues. “The manager went above and beyond to help In the evening we were in the block he noticed I had a walking stick and my mobility was not great he asked if we would like a bath/shower mat for safety he went to reception and got us one every time he saw us he said hello he’s so very nice and as I said he went above and beyond what he had to The rooms are always clean and reception lady is so lovely we’ve stayed here 3 times. In 2022 now 2023 when ever we come we stay here as it’s such a lovely place. We eat breakfast at the block which is always very nice We love it here and recommend it it’s a 5* from us Janet Abraham and Lloyd king”

“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

“I really enjoyed attending Loughborough University for my Masters in Security Peace building and Diplomacy. The staff are fantastic and the facilities are modern. Having such a well placed campus in London is going to be a real benefit to Loughborough University. The Olympic Park is a great setting. The government is planning on some excellent new development, in particular the V&A museum thats being built near the swimming pool. Close to the University are a number of fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants. The canal is nice to sit by in the summer, as is the park (like the main campus in the Midlands, there is a lot of green space). Unlike other universities in London - where you have a choice either pay a huge rent and be close to lectures or live outside the city and endure a long commute - Loughborough is different. I found a room, thats 15 mins away by bike that cost me 560 a month (plus bills). Saved myself a fortune! In all an excellent year with some great personal successes. I would highly recommend it!”

The rooms are just beautiful and top standard as you could only wish in any of them i have been. “I got both my nostrils pierced by Maddie and she was amazing! Really talked me through the process and explained a lot. Constant making sure I was okay and felt fine. Maddie also gave me advice on my other existing piercings that had developed keloids. Keloids are almost impossible to get rid of yourself but Maddie gave me amazing advice and they have shrunk so much! Definitely going back to her for a consultation for my other piercings and for any future ones! MADDIE IS A GENIUS!!!!!! Piercing Goddess ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Great community centre. Very vibrant, but peaceful too. Staff are top notch, of the best of helpers. I work for an independent college, teaching a course here. Technological resources are not state of the art, but what is at your disposal is sufficient to fulfil the task at hand. Brilliant, hard-working and respectful bunch of students. Centralised heated flooring and walls makes for great comfort. Lovely surrounding areas and gardens/ greens. Good transport links on the DLR- just a few minutes walk away. Many activities and courses on offer, such as bee-training and fight classes. And what a name to match!”

Oualid, Lama, and Meerain went out of their way for me and I am forever grateful! The bar is always ready to take your order and provide a fantastic meal. The beds and showers are amazing. “The rooms were large for a yacht. They were clean, well decorated and had the most gorgeous views of canary wharf. We had dinner and the boat, I didn't like my appetizer that much but the main and deserts were good. The drinks were average but the ambience of the yacht is breath taking. The staff is also warm and friendly. Different worth a try for a nice romantic evening with your significant other.”

“Superb school and staff. We moved our child from our local outstanding school to Acorn after we noticed he was been left behind due to a rushing attitude on learning and some other factors. The care and attention given here has huggly improved his well being therefore a massive step towards the education. If you are thinking of joining the school go and see it for yourself. Notice the happy children, notice the classrooms and the office. Speak to the teachers and you will get your answers. We are very greaful to have chosen this school.”

“Our stay at the capital hotel was perfect. Couldn’t not actually believe it, but you are literally 30 seconds walking distance from harrods. The hotel is Cosy and classy, the rooms are nice, the breakfast are is beautiful. Breakfast is super good, everything is fresh and tasty. Staff is nice and here to make your life nice and easy. Totally recommend this hotel, The price for value is nothing but perfect.”

“We loved our recent stay! We went as a last minute long weekend trip and arrived later than usual due to a flight delay. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. As a diamond member, I was upgraded automatically; however, the staff further upgraded us to the Park Lane Suite which was excellent and bigger than most NYC apartments. Alisha was excellent and even arranged to have distilled water sent to the room for my husband’s cpap machine. Breakfast had a decent spread with the buffet and with the possibility of ordering hot foods and the service was excellent. We used the executive lounge a few times which is one of the nicest and cleanest I have been to compared to other properties. We had drinks at the Sky bar which had a nice view. The location is excellent. Black cabs are waiting outside so it is easy to get around and walking around Mayfair at night was lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and I am happy I chose this hotel (I did tons of research prior to booking).”
