Elmfield Vets
● Closed“Took my GSD to Elmfield Vets as they stock oral KC vaccination and my vet does not. Was made to feel very welcome. Ian gave me a great insight into the pros and cons of oral v. nasal KC and was very patient with my dog … who was a trembling wreck as he has an aversion to vets surgeries.! Thanks to all at Elmfield vets, what I anticipated being a stressful visit went quite smoothly!”

Croydon Veterinary Surgery
● Closed“It was My 1st time using this veterinary surgery and I was a little bit nervous, But I was greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome. I had just finished logging my puppy in and about to take a seat when I was called in to the vet. I've been many times now and still getting the excellent service.”

Anne Nelson Vets
● Closed“I have had two dogs, both in the care of Anne Nelson Vets. Three weeks ago, my beautiful girl died. She'd always been scared about going to the vets, because of one bad experience with a man in scrubs when she was very young. She did not like it there at all (not even this one!). But one vet here, Claire, was the exception. It confused my girl so much, because she didn't like anything vet-related- it was like her gut was telling her not to like Claire, but she liked her anyway, and she couldn't figure out what was going on. My pup got really sick, and Claire was so, so, so good to her and to us humans. Claire spoke to us both kindly and honestly, there were no mixed messages or 'false hope'. I'm incredibly grateful for that. I needed the science of what was going on with my dog's body, and she gave it to me and answered all my questions fully which helped me a lot. My dogs were, and still are, my whole heart- and Claire and all the staff knew that for sure, and they all cared about them a lot too. I cannot recommend this practice enough, and I'll never be able to fully express how grateful I am, because it's so much that it's just simply impossible. Again, thank you. A thousand thank yous.”

Companion Care - Croydon
● Closed“The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

Croydon PDSA Pet Hospital
● Closed“My 6 month old pup was treated for ibuprofen toxicity, their prompt and efficient care saved him from any long lasting damage. Couldn’t be more grateful. He has been back & forth from pdsa to vets now in Sutton for overnight care and it’s safe to say he was more than happy at pdsa and went with the vets no problem which gave me comfort. Thank you so much to everyone that took part in his recovery, all amazing❤️”

Gina's Home & Pet Patrol
● Closed“Gina's pet petrol has been amazing. She's reliably looked after my elderly house cat who has lots of health problems and it is such a relief knowing he is in safe hands! Gina goes above and beyond, and is so good with cats... mine loves her, and I know she always makes a fuss of him. I always come home from trips away to an immaculate house, empty litter tray and very happy, well fed cat!”

Vetscriptions
● Closed“I always judge a company by the way they deal with things when something goes wrong and this company is right up there with the best. I ordered some flee treatment for my dog and, although I got a confirmation email, was surprised that the order had not been sent after a week. I contacted them and, within hours, had a reply informing me that they had a glitch with their IT system and promised to deal with it immediately, which they did, and I got my delivery exactly when they told me I would. Other companies should learn from this fine example. Will have no hesitation in using them again.”
