I have been bringing my dog Tigger to VIP pooches since he was 12 weeks old, ( he is nearly 4 now) and can only say, I would never take him anywhere else. Sophie is careful with him and always settles him in before she starts as with small breeds he can be a little nervous, but on collection he is always bouncing around. He is always well looked after and cut as I request, I only allow Sophie to dog sit for him too as she spoils him rotten. A well deserved 5 stars and shame on you Jasmine”

I contacted them to book their animal ambulance service twice (two of my pets literally got very ill almost back to back, which was very unlucky), and both times they were incredibly responsive, understanding and accommodating. I dealt with Paul over the phone and with the lovely Sarah in person. Not only did they provide an exceptional and professional service at a time of great distress for us, but they did it with a human touch that is not seen very often.
