"My experience with Animals at Home (NW Kent) could not have been better. I contacted them to book their animal ambulance service twice (two of my pets literally got very ill almost back to back, which was very unlucky), and both times they were incredibly responsive, understanding and accommodating. I dealt with Paul over the phone and with the lovely Sarah in person. Not only did they provide an exceptional and professional service at a time of great distress for us, but they did it with a human touch that is not seen very often.
