“The service from VIP is superb! We have booked the same person (Sarah) twice and couldn't be happier with her. She sent us regular photos and videos as agreed in advance so we could see how happy our cat was with her. This really enabled us to enjoy our holiday as he is quite a shy cat and we were a bit worried about leaving him. It is clear Sarah really made an effort to bond with him and that she spent a lot of time with him, in addition to keeping him in his usual routines. She was very responsible in dealing with an electrical problem in our Victorian home. Sarah is a very special person indeed and the organisation is super efficient We are not planning to travel for a while but if we do we will definitely come back to VIP to check Sarah's availability first.”

“After arriving home from work I noticed my little dog was acting slightly odd and quickly realized there was an issue with her left eye, I call the Medi vet in South Ockendon where my animals are registered and explained my situation, the staff were amazing and told me to bring her down immediately they would squeeze her in, when I arrived the vet saw me instantly and was incredibly gentle and extremely thorough to check her eye, after a little extra examination she gave me some meds to assist in the healing of her damaged eye, the entire veterinary staff were so patient and kind and made my whole experience a lot better for me.”

“I am writing this review as I was disappointed to see my daughter Jasmine Wallace wrote a review but only gave 3 stars! I have been bringing my dog Tigger to VIP pooches since he was 12 weeks old, ( he is nearly 4 now) and can only say, I would never take him anywhere else. Sophie is careful with him and always settles him in before she starts as with small breeds he can be a little nervous, but on collection he is always bouncing around. He is always well looked after and cut as I request, I only allow Sophie to dog sit for him too as she spoils him rotten. A well deserved 5 stars and shame on you Jasmine”
