They kept me updated on when the parts came in and what the estimated repair time would be. The results were amazing. Couldn't tell the replacement and original parts apart (paint work was great). I contacted Wilson spares department and explained my problem to Owen. He found the parts and reserved them for me. I went there next day, the parts were waiting and a techie fitted them in a few minutes. Obviously there had been no change in spec. Excellent service from what was clearly a very busy department.”
