“My car body had a hole right behind a back door. Also numerous dents and scratches. I will attach a photo of the main damage and how it looks after the work. A mechanic visited my address and explained to me what is the damage and how it will be fixed. The explanation was very colloquial and precise. On the first day , I was given an exact cost. This was very helpful in a number of ways. I was able to match the cost to work value and make a reasonable assumption. When the car was taken to the garage, they were able to find few more areas that needed work. However, I was asked specifically whether I wanted the extra work done and they did some work for free, too. In summary , they were very professional, knew what they were doing and didn't try to charge more than what is reasonable. I couldn't stress enough about the quality of work and skill. I am still amazed at the paint work and how the body has been re-worked [Apologies if that is not the right term].”

“Eric did a full detailing job on my VW Golf GTD and the end result is seriously impressive. He even arranged for some small repairs to one of the wings. He has an excellent eye for detail and takes the greatest of care. He explained the process and gave me regular updates as the work was happening. When I picked the car up it was like new inside and out. Amazing. I’ve since used the aftercare service where Eric brings the car back to the same standard after six weeks. Very happy with everything and definitely recommend.”

It always seems to run better when it comes out. Front disks replaced, new bolts for disk's, new bolts for calipers, new pads. “Village Cars are a very honest, reliable and trust worthy car garage. I use them every time my husband and i need an MOT on our car and Van. Having been disappointed in previous garages for over charging or adding things on every time i have been there. I have never found this with the staff that work here. I phoned them as my mot was a week overdue they took my number and phoned my with a cancellation slot the MOT was carried out the next day. They even offered to pick my car up to help me out. “Was not impressed with my main Nissan dealer in Penge so visited this garage for second opinion regarding repairs deemed 'immediate ' by the main dealer. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They inspected my car, gave me the second opinion I was after for free and made me feel welcomed. Took my car to them for its MOT and an electrical repair. Prices are competitive and fair. Will be using them in future. Special thanks to Steve and his colleagues.”
