"Brought my 2012 Jaguar XK to E.C Car Detailing and he has worked wonders! Being a used car with a handful of owners it needed a proper detail, not just an average valet. Erik had the car for 4 days in total and completely decontaminated the car, inside and out. The exterior needed the most attention so few snow foam washes, a clay bar clean and a 2 stage machine polish topped off with a ceramic coating has completely transformed the look. The gloss has come back 10 fold and is now protected. Obviously being the age of the car there are defects on the bodywork - quite a few scratches and chips. Erik has managed to remove most of the scratches, some are too deep to remove without respraying unfortunately but I was informed of this before any work was carried out. Erik's passion for detailing cars is very clear with his extensive portfolio of cars. And it's proved even more so now that I have picked up my car. I honestly felt part of the journey with being kept up to date with how the detailing was going. And have even been advised at how is best to keep the car preserved with some aftercare tips. I'm looking forward to bringing it back to E.C Car Detailing for a maintenance wash in the future and for Erik to see how the coating has worked. Thank you very much! Highly recommend!!!"

"Eric did a full detailing job on my VW Golf GTD and the end result is seriously impressive. He even arranged for some small repairs to one of the wings. He has an excellent eye for detail and takes the greatest of care. He explained the process and gave me regular updates as the work was happening. "Had amazing detailing service from EC Car Detailing on my Audi TT 2008. Once I dropped the car off, The paint work was full of imperfections and cloudy paint work. But after talking to the owner he gave me a brief but yet an informative conversation about what types of treatment can be done in order to get the best value for money. Once I picked my car back up it was like a brand new car!!!. I couldn’t believe my eyes, as the paint was brought back to life again and the reflections had a glass like finish. Also the communication was spot on whilst my car was with them. Really impressed with there work and would highly recommend. FIVE STARS ALL ROUND."

"We brought a 2017 fully services Astra Estate to comply with the new ULEZ in the area. Brought the car for £2000 below the average retail price as the car was a horror show internally. Mechanically (full history), and body it was good with low (ish) millage. Erik made the car like new inside, the coffee spills and rancid milk smell has gone as well as the smell and signs that a a heavy smoker used the car. I would not hesitate to recommend Erik and his service to anybody wanting their car to have the pristine look it deserves. On a side note, I didn't mention that through the ill heath of our son (who lives in London) my wife and I live in different countries (UK and Ireland) and although I visit every weekend, I was unable to meet with or discuss my problems face to face with Erik. We communicated by phone, email and WhatApp. Erik arranged the collection and drop off of the car, and couldn't have been more obliging with his time, effort or communication. This really is a first rate service."
