“This place has it all! Just listen to the sound of my posted videos :) The best flavour for Chinese food. Once a week they visit our campus at Reading Uni and serve us traditional, delicious dishes. It works like a lifesaver at uni to have such a special restaurant serving at hour place. I usually go with porkbelly or beef with noodles. The meat is always soft and incredibly good spiced. The noodles absorb the sauce perfectly. I add spicy and sesame sauce along with cilantro and crushed peanuts as a topping. Definitely a must go if you are on Thursdays at Reading Uni or Wokingham.”

“Me and my friend (pictured) drove here and were able to park conveniently right in front of the pub! The staff were extremely friendly, one of them even laughed at my jokes which is a rarity. The Guinness was superb and this can be telling of the establishment as a whole. They also offered us a rewards card on arrival which gifted a free pint for every six purchased - very handy if you're going as a large group! The Heineken silver wasn't for us but you can't please everyone in this day and age. Will definitely be back here in the near future.”

“The exceptionally handsome manager (think his name was Josh) that served me was an absolute dream. We ordered too much food and he kindly got takeaway boxes and packaged everything up for us. Last 16 years I live in Thailand so I was so looking fore ward to a good curry when I got to England.I had to wait 2 years to be able to travel back to Woking. I'm so happy red Fort has survived the carnage of covid. Any how my sit in main meal was great very nice flavours and armours with excelent side dishes and all served in a good time. “I would recommend The Winning Post- good food, free large car park and spacious venue. We were a table of 4 and went to eat. I have to say that they’re sharing nachos are some of the nicest I have tasted- the freshly made tortilla chips are really nice. It would be nicer to have some more guacamole but I often think this with nachos- this is my preferred dip. The menu has a number of vegan options which is not always common and the allergen menu online is really useful. The service was good- any minor issue resolved without delay. Staff were welcoming. Overall I would recommend and plan to return.”
